One of the key advantages to IntelliFolios sites is the editability in the easy-to-use IntelliFolios Manager software (in beta now, pending public release). It is available, free of charge, to qualified early adopters of IntelliFolios sites. The Manager is an advanced tool that allows for complete dynamic editability of every component of your site, be it design, graphics, galleries, pages, functionality....essentially everything. In fact, it is the same software that we use to build your IntelliFolios site, and that is why we can do it so efficiently and with such assurances for performance and compatibility. If you do, the way it usually works is that we build your initial site, implementing all the advanced features and functionality. During the site build, we encourage you to come by our production offices to see how we do it. In that session, or multiple sessions for larger sites with more tools, we will do our best to explain to you how we implement typical changes that you will need to do on a regular basis. After that, you will have access to an in-progress interactive manual and resource library. Any additional assistance and personal training on how to best utilize your site features in day-to-day business, as well as in strategic marketing initiaiatives, can be accommodated through our reasonably-priced, one-on-one training and consulting services.
This site was fully built in, and completely edited in the IntelliFolios Manager online software, the same system that we use for our client sites. In using it for all of our own sites, with no customization, "out-of-the-box", so to say, it shows how reliable, flexible, and expandable the system is, being able to handle a wide variety of site challenges. You can take advantage of this breakthrough today by having us build your site with it, and that site will be fully compatible and self-editable with the IntelliFolios Manager software, if you choose to use it in the future.
