Every business and professional needs to stake their place on the web, and be easily found with a major search engine. Even if you are not ready to proceed to having a full site, as soon as possible, no matter what, you (or we, on your behalf) should register the most desirable domain(s) possible for your business, and at those domains, have a basic infomational page. We make this easy and affordable...and do it correctly. 

This Web Presence page allows your existing and prospective clients, as well as anyone doing research (suppliers, press, colleagues, etc), to find you. Question: What shows up in Google if you type in either your name, business name, or what you do and your region. If your business does not show up on the first page of results, ideally in the top three, than you will instantly benefit from having a page like this, and creating the foundation for a successful presence on the web. 

How easy is it? 

Step 1: Fill out a MS Word template that we will provide to you, that has directions and tips, with things like: 

site title: what your site will bookmark as, and will have the site window titled as. It shoudl ideally start out with your business name and/or your name, followed by a brief description containing your most important, specific keywords. 

site keywording: specific keywords and keyword phrases that best describe your business. 

metatag description: this is the descriptive text (for example, 2 lines in Google) that shows up in the results of a search engine quiery. It should clearly state what your business does, in an inviting way, using a combination of personality that reflects your business, while also using as many keywords and keyword phrases without sounding mechanical. 

Step 2: provide the decriptive text that you want on your page. you can give an indication that this page is just temporary, while your site is being planned. Other useful things to have on this page are: 

The base price of this page includes one piece of provided media (it can be a graphic that incorporates images and text as well), a basic send message form, and a choice of pre-existing color sets. Other options, if compatible, can be added per the standard feature pricelist. 

This page can be re-configured to be an effective Launch Page, for your full HTML and/or Flash site, when you are ready.

Normally, every account has a $400 annual System Fee, which includes $320 update credit , and/or up to 5 hours of consults and customization. For Web Presence pages, which are often temporary, updates and customization are not required, and instead, just an $80 per year basic fee applies. You still get the Access Page, including statistics and web space for uploading files. You do not get any credits for updating content, but that can be accommodated per the normal fee schedule.

Start out with a brief description of what you do, what makes your service or product special, several samples, and your contact info, then grow the site to whatever size you need...it's virtually infinitely expandable! 

Choose from two designs that can be used as either HTML versions of a Flash site, or stand-alone pure HTML site. Choose from over 60 pre-existing highly-readable designer color sets pre-configured, or get a completely custom color set created for $100 more, including fully-functional approval versions in your custom colors. There are 50 unique color assignments for different site navigation, usability tools, gallery nav, text, and backgrounds. Each can have one of seven custom colors assigned to it. Select from 6 font styles, and get a custom header graphic placed at top (basic logo / graphic / image re-purposing included). And we're just getting started with describing the customization options! 

It is important to understand that this HTML site allows for some decent basic customization, and looks great as a stand-alone site, while the included "print" version with Flash Frameworks is so basic, that ist is just text (to keep printing fast and paper and ink use to a minimum). If you initially get this HTML only version, or pay an upgrade fee of $200, you can have this "stand-alone HTML" version integrated into your flash site as the HTML version AND the print version, or keep the print version linked to the print button, and have this version being accessed from the Launch Page, and from search engines.

Choose from a handful of unique, elegant, budget-priced Flash Frameworks that boast simple design, some expandability, and most importantly, the same sophisticated technology and upgradeability as our more expensive Frameworks. We priced these so anyone can get onto the right track with IntelliFolios. Switching Frameworks is easy and affordable, and can be done at any point in the future, as your needs and content grow.  

The biggest difference between Level 2 and Level 3, is that Level 2 Frameworks have just one level of navigation, but can be expanded in creative ways if need be, including using text links in an Article Page (included), or a Rollover Page (extra upgrade). 

Choose from the options that every Flash framework has, including: over 60 pre-tested designer color sets, mapped to 50 unique color assignments; a choice of nearly 100 high-end designer fonts; dozens of unique Framework customization options; and often several designated custom graphic areas, besides being able to just have one large graphic in the background. For a bit extra, these background graphics can be Flash animated, either as one-time or continuous loops.

level 3 frameworks have everything that is included in Level 2, but with more navigation options, most importantly, a secondary navigation and usually more Quicklinks. These Frameworks have all the more advanced features and capabilities, and allow for a higher degree of customization and expansion. Some of them are earlier designs, and have features that you will not find even in the higher-priced Frameworks. Some of these earlier Frameworks were done as "high-concept" site designs, or may not be as flexible as other Frameworks.

Level 4 Frameworks are elegant, highly accessible designs, with much flexibility. They are generally our recommended starting point if you are not on a highly restricted budget, and you want something very contemporary and expandable. 

Some Level 4 Frameworks have the new style of having the media description that slides over image area, resulting in the largest possible gallery image, the longest Media Object titles, and the largest possible description text area. All this, while having the gallery looking uniform and well laid-out, whether you have no description, a short description, or a very long description.  

Feature-wise, they have everything that Level 2 and 3 Frameworks have, but with even more navigation options, including deeper secondary navigation that can have longer words, and even more Quicklinks. These Frameworks have all the more advanced features and capabilities, and allow for a very high degree of customization and expansion.

Level 5 Frameworks are incredibly unique, sometimes even bizarre. These Frameworks have highly animated, thematic menu systems or transitions, creating a very memorable viewing experience, and yet they are as easy and affordable to edit and expand as their visually more conservative counterparts. These Frameworks, because of their graphical complexity and uniqueness, have taken several times longer to program that their simpler counterparts. Click on preview to pop-up full-screen.

** These Frameworks were created before our current Flexi Framework standard, and because of being so different,with advanced design features, it was not possible to translate these designs into our current standard, however, "standardizing" them would be taking away their most important personality traits. These examples show what could be done, albeit at a much higher cost and timeframe, if a client wanted something so specialized and different, that it could not be accomplished with our Flexi system..."Level 8" if you will. In these Advanced Frameworks, we decided to incorporate as many of our latest standards and features as economically feasable, but to still retain their original architecture. Luckily, the only sacrifice was linked text within internal site pages, which could be figured out if really need be. Mind you, some 'competitors" don't even have the ability to link editable text.  

Any text that can normally be linked to other pages, outside sites, or utilities, is not supported...within normal site pages. However, popup pages can be created that do support linked text. Of course, text formatting works, and linked text can be done in custom Flash files. So, with some creativity, and maybe a little extra customization, these Frameworks can not only be functional, but can supercede some of the more traditional Frameworks, especially with displaying related media.  

The other caveat is that we don't know how long we can support them, but if you use one, we will switch you into any other Framework, for just the cost difference between them, and any re-formatting or customization needed, if any important features stop working in the future. So, if you want to have something really unique, and for a great price, this is it!  

You've perused through our Framework selection, and you really like one, except, you wish that it had some important change in the position and size of certain elements, or wanted the style of them changed beyond what could be done with custom backgrounds and built-in options. It is completely do-able, and if most of the existing design can get re-used, we will create a copy of it and modify it to your specifications, and then that copy will be part of the system, as an individual Framework. You see this with the available designs, where the root name is the same, but the rest of the name is slightly different, perhaps with a number designating a key proportion change. 

Your Level 6 Framework, just like a Level 7 one, will go through a complete set of the 200+ manual tests again, that every Framework goes through, to make sure the modifications are compatible with every feature and page style that you may need to access in the future, and a template will be created for you or your designer to use now, or in the future, if you choose to not have us do your custom graphics work.

So, you have looked at the available Frameworks, consulted with us, and absolutely need a Framework design that is nowhere close to anything that we have pre-engineered, or perhaps have some features or functionality that don't even exist in our system. Well, with IntelliFolios, almost anything is possible. 

We can either do the core design for you, with your input, or you can have your existing designer work with us to understand what is possible, and how the design should be handed over to us. Just like with our pre-engineered designs, we will provide a pixel-perfect guide file that will allow them to create any additional graphics. After your site launches, the design will become part of our available design collection in its "blank canvas" state, just like other Frameworks. It will go through the same 200+ stage testing process as all of our Frameworks do, and will be completely editable and graphically customizable, so if your company branding or site needs change in the future, your investment is just as sound as with already available Frameworks. 

Your own site will likely have many custom graphics, colors, and of course unique content, so even if another client uses it in the future, your site will look very unique. 

You see, the cost of creating this custom Framework is well beyond what you will actually be paying, so we subsidise the production by hoping others will buy it in the future as well. If you want a completely exclusive design, we can adjust the price to allow that.  

The price difference between this and the existing designs is quite reasonable, considering what you're actually getting. If you have a site that has several hundred media, and dozens of pages, and needs to be updated several times a year, you will still have substantial savings over a traditionally-built, high quality Flash site...even in the first year!

Flat fee pricing, package pricing, or project estimates are based on a best-case scenarios, where the client is well-informed, well-organized, has properly planned out their request, and is submitting proof-read, properly formatted, ready-for-publication material, to our specs. If any of the conditions are not met, we reserve the right to charge a final price that more accurately reflects the extra time in correcting, explaining, communicating, or demonstrating material for the client's benefit. We will make a reasonable attempt to inform clients when their actions, or lack of action, may lead to considerably higher final charges. The more knowledgable, prepared, and flexible you are, the closer your final pricing will be to the published pricing and/or estimates. 

With clients who may have others in their group approving or contributing material and ideas to the site build, we strongly recommend having just one person as our contact. If we are communicating with multiple parties, which takes more time, there will likely be increased costs for the project.
